Ghost Plugins License Agreement

By downloading, purchasing, or accessing our products, you agree to the following license terms. Please review these guidelines carefully to ensure product-use compliance.

General License Terms

All Ghost Plugins products, including Free Plugins, Super Plugins, Templates, and Ghost+ Pro Access, are governed by these general license terms:

  • Unlimited Use: Free Plugins and individually purchased Super Plugins come with an unlimited use license, allowing you to use them on multiple personal and commercial projects.

  • Single Use for Templates: Templates are licensed for a one-time use per project, whether for personal or commercial purposes. Additional projects will require the purchase of a new template license.

  • Ghost+ Pro Membership: While subscribed to Ghost+ Pro Access, you gain temporary use of Super Plugins and Templates under their original terms (unlimited or single use). The ability to use these products is tied to an active membership.

License Guidelines (What You May Not Do):

  1. Resell or Redistribute: You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any product obtained through Ghost Plugins, regardless of whether it was free or purchased.

  2. Copy and Offer Elsewhere: Products cannot be copied, modified, or made available through similar services or platforms.

  3. Inclusion in Digital Products: No Ghost Plugins product, whether free or purchased, can be included in digital products that are sold or redistributed.

  4. Template Restrictions: For Templates, you may not duplicate, copy, or use the template beyond the original licensed project without purchasing a new license.

Ghost+ Pro Access License

Ghost+ Pro Access offers membership-based access to premium products, including Super Plugins and Templates. The following terms apply:

  • Active Membership Required: You must maintain an active Ghost+ Pro membership to access Super Plugins and Templates. While your membership is active, you may use the products in accordance with their original licenses (unlimited for Super Plugins and single-use for Templates).

  • Access After Membership Ends: If your membership is canceled or expires, you will lose access to the products included with your Ghost+ Pro Access membership. However, any products you've used while your membership was active will remain licensed for those projects.

  • Reinstating License: If you wish to continue using Ghost+ Pro Access products after your membership ends, each product must be purchased individually to regain access. This will grant you a permanent, unlimited license for Super Plugins and single-use rights for Templates.

  • Membership Restrictions: You may not store, archive, house, or otherwise retain Ghost+ Pro Access products in order to bypass active membership requirements. All products must be used in compliance with the terms of the membership. Any violation of these terms may result in a DMCA takedown notice against any violating websites.

Copyright and Ownership

Ghost Plugins products are created and owned by The Ghost Company unless otherwise noted. By purchasing or using these products, you are granted a license to use them under the stated terms but are not granted ownership or the rights to resell or redistribute them.

Some products may contain third-party content, which is subject to the original creator's copyright. Third-party content is used for demonstration purposes and must be replaced in your projects.
